Technical decisions on this build

Coordination before the first concrete pour
Architecture, structure and building services were cross-checked on paper before work started. That is what removes the need to improvise halfway through.

Photographic record before plastering
Every electrical and plumbing run was photographed while the blockwork was still exposed. Once it is plastered and painted nobody can see what sits behind the wall, so the owner sees it through the manual instead.

Live camera with audio and video on site
Real-time monitoring throughout, with the recorded history available to the owner.
