Laser levelling throughout
Level, plumb and square checked stage by stage. The detail an eye picks up ten years later is settled on the day the piece is laid.

Centralised electrical panel
Every LED driver gathered behind a single access point. Replacing a failed driver never means cutting into plasterboard anywhere in the house.
